Shipping Policy

All orders placed till 11:30 am of any UAE working day is typically shipped out within 4 working days.

All shipping to any location within the UAE is free of charge (FOC). Yes as of 26 November 2025 all orders will enjoy FREE SHIPPING.

Our warehouse operates on all UAE working weekdays. Our weekend is Sunday.


Collection Policy

On any working day you can collect your order from our Warehouse in Al Quoze (see map below).

Warehouse Timings

  • Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Friday Breaktime: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
  • Other day Breaktime: 1:00 - 2:00 pm
